Our chef graduated from the prestigious culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in Lima Peru. Soon after he worked in some of Lima’s best restaurants. Having returned to Portugal he joins the team at Psi bringing his experience and quest for culinary excellence to our restaurant.

The food at Psi draws inspiration from around the world , mixing and matching different flavours, ingredients and culinary techniques. Our menu offers a wide range of vegan options , and the kitchen is prepared to accommodate to any special dietary requirements.
